Agreement To These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of a1linksolution.com and any services you order from A1Link Solution ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, signing a proposal or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any business you represent.

If a signed agreement or statement of work exists between us and it conflicts with these terms, the signed document takes precedence for that engagement.

Definitions

• Services — guest post placements, PBN and sidebar PBN backlinks, ID PBN posts, mix SEO backlinks, niche edits, managed link building campaigns, weekly and monthly packages, and any related off-page work we agree to deliver.
• Placement — a single published link on a third-party website.
• Target URL — a page on your website that a placement points to.
• Deliverables — the placements, reports and written content produced under an order.

Scope Of Services

We provide off-page SEO only. We do not carry out on-page changes, technical development, hosting or content publishing on your own website, and nothing in these terms obliges us to.

Each order sets out the number of placements, the quality criteria, the price and the expected delivery window. Anything not written into the order is out of scope. We may decline or cancel an order for any website or niche we cannot source clean placements for, and we will tell you promptly if that is the case.

Orders, Quotes And Acceptance

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order becomes binding when you confirm it in writing and we accept it, or when payment is received.

Where an order requires content, we submit the domain, the topic and the draft for your approval before publication. If you do not respond within seven days of a request for approval, we may proceed on the basis last submitted so that delivery timelines are not lost.

Fees, Payment And Taxes

• Package prices shown on this website are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
• One-off orders are payable in full in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Monthly retainers are invoiced in advance of each period and are payable within 14 days.
• You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, withholding tax or bank charges applicable in your jurisdiction.
• We may pause work on an account that is more than 14 days overdue, and may charge interest on late payment at the rate permitted by law.

Prices may change, but a change never applies to an order already accepted and paid for.

Delivery Timelines

The delivery window quoted for each service — for example "from one week" — begins when we have received payment, your target URLs and anchor text, and any approvals we have asked for.

Timelines are estimates made in good faith. Third-party editors, publisher backlogs, national holidays and content revisions can extend them. We will tell you if an order is running late and why. A delay alone is not grounds for a refund unless we have failed to deliver within a reasonable period after the quoted window.

Your Responsibilities

To let us deliver, you agree to:

• provide accurate target URLs, anchor text and any brand guidelines we ask for;
• keep the target pages live, indexable and free of redirects for the duration of the campaign;
• respond to approval requests within a reasonable time;
• ensure the content on your target pages is lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights;
• tell us before you migrate, redesign or restructure the site, since that can invalidate placements already secured.

We are not responsible for results lost because a target URL changed, was deleted or was blocked from indexing after a placement went live.

Placements, Retention And Replacement

Placements are published on third-party websites that we do not own or control. We select them against the criteria set out in your order — for example domain authority, do-follow status, topical relevance and unique content.

We monitor every placement for twelve months from publication. If within that period a link is removed, changed to no-follow, or the host page is deleted, we will replace it on an equivalent or better domain at no additional cost. This is our sole obligation in relation to a lost link.

The replacement guarantee does not apply where the loss is caused by your own actions, by changes to your target page, by a penalty arising from work carried out by another supplier, or by the publisher going out of business more than twelve months after publication.

Refunds And Cancellations

• Before work starts — you may cancel an order that has not yet entered production for a full refund.
• After work starts — we refund the portion of the order not yet delivered. Placements already published, and content already written and submitted, are not refundable.
• Monthly retainers — run on a rolling basis with 30 days' written notice on either side. Fees for the current period are not refundable, and we will complete the work already scheduled within it.
• Failure to deliver — if we cannot deliver an accepted order within a reasonable period, you may cancel the undelivered part and receive a refund for it.

Refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 days of being agreed.

No Guarantee Of Rankings

We guarantee the deliverables in your order — the placements, their metrics and their retention. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular ranking position, traffic level, conversion rate, revenue figure or return on investment.

Any forecast, projection or case study we share is an illustration based on past work and market data. It is not a promise of a specific outcome, and results vary with your market, competition, website and budget.

Algorithm updates may change results at any time. We will adapt the strategy where we can, but an algorithm change is not a failure to deliver and does not trigger a refund.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for, or in connection with, content that is illegal in the United Kingdom or your own jurisdiction. We also decline work involving adult content, weapons, illegal pharmaceuticals, malware, hate speech, or any scheme designed to defraud consumers.

Some regulated niches — including gambling, cryptocurrency, CBD and finance — are accepted only by prior agreement and may be priced differently because of the placement sourcing involved.

You may not resell, scrape, republish or systematically extract any part of this website without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

Content we write for a placement is licensed to the publishing website on publication; neither you nor we control it after that point. Reports, prospect lists, briefs and strategy documents we produce for you become yours once the relevant invoice is paid in full.

Our website, brand, methodology and internal templates remain our property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.

You warrant that any material you supply to us — logos, copy, data or images — is yours to use and does not infringe a third party's rights.

Confidentiality And White-Label Work

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only to perform or receive the services. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.

For white-label clients we deliver unbranded reporting and will not contact your end client directly, identify them publicly, or claim their results as our own case study without your written permission.

We may reference a client's industry and anonymised metrics in marketing material unless you ask us in writing not to.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, however caused.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from material you supplied to us, from your use of the deliverables in a way not contemplated by the order, or from your breach of these terms.

Suspension And Termination

Either party may terminate a rolling engagement on 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately, without refund of work already delivered, if you are materially in breach of these terms, if payment is significantly overdue, or if continuing would expose us to legal risk.

On termination you keep every placement already published and every report already issued. Outstanding invoices for delivered work remain payable.

Changes To These Terms

We may revise these terms as our services change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are published; they do not alter the terms of an order we have already accepted.

Governing Law And Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by raising it in writing and allowing 30 days for a response.

If a court finds any provision unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in force.
